Quantum Matter is a theoretical introduction to the ideas and mathematical tools used to organize modern condensed matter physics. The course consists of introductory topics in solid state/condensed matter.
This course is about how to describe complex systems using ideas of the renormalization group (‘coarse-graining’) and statistical field theory.
