Institut Henri Poincaré (IHP)

Centre Emile Borel

April 23- July 20, 2007
      Paris, France

Programme

QUANTUM GASES

The conference is over, but the conference program is still available.

The workshop will be focused on recent achievements and theoretical aspects of the field of quantum gases and its connections with other fields of physics. Due to the multidisciplinary character of the field of quantum gases, we have accepted international participants coming from various fields (condensed matter physics, atomic physics/quantum optics, non-linear phenomena, high-energy and nuclear physics, mathematical physics).

The workshop and the conference are be based in the center of Paris, in the Centre Emile Borel, located in the renovated part of the Henri Poincare Institute, 11 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris 05, which includes a lecture hall, seminar rooms, discussion rooms, and library. The workshop includes the following scientific events:
The lectures and the seminars are in free access to any interested scientist in Ile de France. If you wish to receive by email the weekly program, please send an email to infoqg-request(at)ihp.jussieu.fr including in the body of the message the word subscribe. To access the PDF files of some of the lectures please click here.

NEW: Registration to the 4-day conference is now open: please click here. There will be no conference fees. The registration is free but is obligatory
(also for participants to the three-month workshop). See conference program.
