Conference "Recent progress in the studies
of quantum gases:
theory and experiments"
Ecole thématique CNRS "Les atomes
froids vers la physique
de la
matière condensée"
PRACTICAL
ORGANISATION AND SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
NEW:
Due to the large number of
registered participants, the conference will not all the time take
place at Institut Henri Poincaré. From June 27 til June 29, it
will take place in salle Jules Ferry, 29 rue d'Ulm, Paris 5ème.
On 30 June it will take place in amphithéatre Hermite, at
Institut Henri Poincaré, 11 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris
5ème.
Registration to the 4-day
conference is now open: please click here to register and get practical
information.
There will be no conference fees. The
registration is free but obligatory: participants will be
accepted within the number of available seats. Thus, for
administrative reasons, registration is required also for the participants to the three-month workshop.
If you wish to present a
poster, please send the title,
the authors and a short abstract to Sylvie Lhermitte
[Qg(at)ihp.jussieu.fr].
All talks will
have a duration of 35 minutes including questions, except for one talk
per day which is 10 minutes longer, so as
to include 10 minutes of `tutorial' since this conference is partially financed by CNRS as a
school.
