This course explores the fundamental physics of materials used in energy conversion and storage.

Syllabus

 It covers electronic and ionic transport, semiconductors, carbon and porous
materials, catalysis, and functional/quantum materials (thermoelectrics, superconductors). It
includes an introduction to modeling and AI-based approaches for designing advanced energy
materials.
