The LabEx ENS-ICFP appoints one new Junior Research Chair holder (JRC) every year, the two-year postdoctoral position includes a competitive salary and a comfortable funding for travelling and publications.
JRC is appointed directly at department level, for a more complete integration into the department : the positions include a mentorship program and teaching participation.
Applicants shall be external to ENS and have studied or already worked as post-doctorant abroad.

How to apply
During the selection process, applications are submitted on AcademicJobsOnline and shall consist of :
A cover letter
A complete CV including a list of publications
A research statement, taking into account possible interactions with research groups and faculty within the Physics Department of the Ecole normale supérieure (no more than 4 pages in A4 format).
Three letters of recommendation from senior scientists.
Candidates are encouraged to take early contact with the faculty, in order to discuss their proposal. The details of these discussions shall be presented in their research statement.
