Previous work

Previously, I had built a new experiment with the aim to implanting cesium atoms into single crystals of solid helium in order to study both the properties of the crystal, in particular those related to the motion of vacancies, and on the other hand, the properties of the cesium atoms. The anisotropy of the crystalline matrix should reflect on the optical properties of the implanted atoms and may lead to the possibility of looking for the anapole moment of the cesium nucleus.

Still before, and for quite a long time, my research interests had been focused on parity violation in atoms.
